IN THIS ISSUE - Winterlude Camp / Candlelight Ceremony / OPE /
Fundraising ideas / Training / CJ'01
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------

FROM THE DESK OF THE COMMISH!!
"Program - Program - Program" was a chant continuously repeated at a
recently completed training course. Our focus this year is to provide
major support to our section leaders and Group Committee members. We
must ensure our adult volunteers process the knowledge and skills that
enable them to provide a fun, exciting and educational program to our
youth. Thus, this month, I direct your attention to "training".
Schedules are tight and time is precious. Yet, by giving of one weekend
or four weeknights to complete your Wood Badge I or Group Committee
workshop; you will obtain resources and knowledge galore. This will
save you time for the rest of the year as you apply these resources when
planning your program. Please check with your District or our regional
website for courses and dates. Keep the spirit alive and smile.
- Marilyn Johnson - Your Regional Commissioner
