PROGRAM NOTES:

With the Nature Theme completed we’re now looking to Christmas Events for the Beavers and the next couple of weeks are aimed toward getting them geared up for Christmas (in case they needed any help!.) We have a couple of events planned for early January and will keep you apprised of further themes and Special Events being considered.

If you have any questions, ideas or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Please remember that with the winter weather, winter boots or outdoor shoes are not permited in the school gym. For safety reasons we ask that you ensure that your Beaver has suitable indoor shoes for our meetings.

In the spirit of trying to keep with the Beaver Program, Beavers are reminded to come to all meetings and Special Events (unless otherwise noted) with their complete uniform - Hat, Vest, Necker.

Odawa District Christmas Beaveree

Cumberland heritage Museum 12:30 - 4:00

$5.00 / Beaver, Parent is free but must accompany Beaver

The Christmas Beaveree is open to all ODAWA District Beavers and includes admission to the Museum, Craft, Snack, Wagon Ride, Visit with Santa and more.

If you are interested in attending, Please complete the attached Permission Form and return it with payment by December 9th

December 16th Christmas Walk of Lights at Taffy Lane (**Last meeting before Christmas)

At 630 we will meet in the Orleans United Church Parking lot, 1111 Orleans Blvd., and then walk round Taffy Lane checking out all the Christmas lights. Followed by Hot Chocolate and a snack.

Parent(s) to accompany Beaver please sign and consent form for this off site event.

January 6th Christmas Present Show and Tell

Beavers are asked to bring one present they received for Christmas so that they can show and tell the others about it
